Top tip for pre workout

The hardest part of getting that body you've always dreamed of is staying determined, being consistent, and going to the gym regularly. Do you find it hard to get off the sofa sometimes after a hard days work? If you find it hard to get motivated to go down the gym every other day, it's time you started your very own pre workout routine.

It's been very useful for me over the years and the effect of using a proper pre workout routine is evident for me. I find it works so well because I seem to forget all the reasons why I don't feel like going. So how do I start a pre workout routine?, you ask. Well, it's pretty simple. Most serious bodybuilders start their pre workout routine with a pre workout supplement. This is taken 30 mins before or 45 mins before their workout begins. So within this 30-45 min period why not undergo a routine that gets your mind pumped up as well.

What I do before a workout is have a cup of coffee whilst listening to some of my favourite tunes and packing my bag ready for my trip to the gym. When I've finished the coffee and packed my gym bag I turn my music up even louder. This sends a real boost of determination and energy to my brain and around my body and nothing in the world can stop me from heading to the gym. If I didn't end up going after getting so worked up like this I think I would most definitely explode.

This is just my personal pre workout routine and you will have to find what works well for you. On the days you don't feel like going to the gym, a proper pre workout routine is essential as it really gets you pumped up and ready for some hard training. You will start to notice that your pre workout routine is really paying off when you never miss a trip to the gym and you're packing on the pounds.
